How to Identify Real legit Investment and Scam or Ponzi Sheme

My main reason for writing this article is to differentiate the good eggs from bad ones. I have introduced people to legit businesses that I am gaining from but some of them miss this good opportunity because they fear scam. After reading the following you will be able to identify investments that are legit and the ones that are scam or ponzi scheme.

They are ponzi if they don’t have any tangible product or profiting services rendering. They have to be making high profits with your investment. This enables them to pay you. Remember, I said tangible products you can touch and the service you have confirmed they render.

Note:

Any websites that tells you they are into bitcoin mining is a scam(there is nothing like that anymore) In another case, any website that say they are paid by Google adsense when you view their blog post, comments in their news etc is a scam too

I am a blogger, I once had a music blog(9jaweather.com.ng) is no longer functioning because I changed from a music blogger to an online biz blogger. I integrated Google ads to my music blog. I know how little google pays per views. They can be paying you with the peanut google pays. Google pays you very well if you get millions of views everyday.

Secondly, Google doesn’t approve anyhow websites to publish their ads. I know how I suffered before I was approved. They always try to make sure the website is legit, the website must have enough information about its origin, The website must have been in existence for at least 6 months before they approve it. If you go to tooxclusive.com you will see google ads everywhere but in these ponzi websites you won’t see any google ads,

‘May them no scam you with that kind format again, Abeg’ U no be fool.

These services I mentioned above are meaningless and they don’t do it at all, it’s just a story to deceive you. What they do is recycling until they have gotten the amount they want to run away with. Scfund, NNU, Ultimate cycler, MMM, Rackstelri are ponzi schemes. They have no products and no services rendering. Any services they told you was just a story.

MLM companies are not scam Edmark, GNLD and AG Nutrition have products. They use network marketing or multi level marketing(ie is referring to people) as a strategy to sell their product very fast and make their money. Nobody will ever complain they scammed him/her. MLM is a very profitable business to join though. Forex trading companies are legit. They just need your investment for their trading. Before you invest in any company, take your time and know its origin

• Who is the founder?
• Which country does it base?
• How many years has it been functioning?
• Is the company registered?
• Do they have fan base?
• Do they have a physical office?
• Go to their social media handles and check their engagement. No legit company has any hidden information, illegal companies can fake the listed information but try to confirm them with proofs. It’s your hard earned money that you want to invest.

A legit company will have the above information, fully verified with different proofs.

• They have an identified founder and staffs
• They must have a physical office
• They have Government issued documents ie they are registered and licensed.
• They have been functioning for at least two years, good reputation, large fan base. It might be new though but make sure it has other qualities before investing your money.

Ponzi scheme is the only kind of business that has very high returns. This is because they have no investment and profit/loss going on. The only thing going on is recycling. The money ‘c’ and ‘b’ invested will be used to pay investor ‘a’. They keep getting newer investors and use their investments to pay the older ones. Anytime you see any investment platform with high returns don’t be amazed and attracted, suspect is a ponzi scheme or scam. Investigate that platform very well before investing your money on it. Don’t invest in a company you don’t fully understand what they do.

• Check whether the url contains https,
• Go through the pages, check the articles very well, was it properly constructed grammatically. If it has many error then is scam.
• Is the website easily accessible?
• it look like a professional website you normally see.
• The website supposed to have a custom email like support@websitename.com(run if it doesn’t have)

Some scammers may pass the above listed requirements but can never pass 50% of it.
